French Sparkling, France
Made from grapes grown in the Yonne, Côte d’Or and Saône et Loire this traditional method sparkler is a blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay. It is fresh and fruity with red fruit, peach and apricot charactersand a beautiful pink hue. Bottled in the January after the harvest, it is aged on its lees for 15 to 18 months. This ageing process offers an excellent blend of maturity and freshness.
