The cool climate and coastal influences of Oregon’s Willamette Valley make some of the best Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris in the world. But producing good wine in this climate still requires an enormous effort. Portlandia, who are new this year to our portfolio, work with grower partners throughout the Willamette Valley to grow top quality fruit that is expressive of this beautiful region.
Their quirky, hipster labels aim to capture the free-spirit of Portland. They are simple and modern with 100% recycled Kraft paper, the glasses on the Pinot Noir mimic the glasses of their winemaker Damian Davis and the penny farthing bike on the Pinot Gris is quintessential Portland, the US paragon of a bike friendly city.
