Dear Customers

Update from Castelnau Wine Agencies regarding COVID-19

We understand how difficult conditions are for all our customers at this unprecedented time with widespread closures and the sudden fall-off in business in some sectors of the trade.

With information changing daily this is just to say we are here to supply and to help you. We are flexible in our thinking and ways of working and would like to encourage you to talk to us: our sales team are working from home but easily contactable by email or phone, and our office is open with reduced staffing.

We are in regular contact with our suppliers across Europe, some of whom are shut, we hope just for the short term, but many of whom are still open for ex cellars collections. We have 19 000 cases of stock in LCB, Tilbury from all our agencies around the world, and so do not anticipate running out any time soon. I would add that LCB have strict cleanliness protocols in place for their distribution. If you are struggling with supplies, bear us in mind; or if you are just looking for inspiration or assistance give us a call.

These are extraordinary trading conditions, but we are determined to get through them, and to help our clients to do so, too.

Keep safe,

Keith Isaac M.W.
