Wine Spectator

Alison Napjus

In a recent tasting for Wine Spectator Alison Napjus tasted both Champagne and sparkling wine from France for their 'Sparklers take center stage' issue. She discussed the méthode traditionelle and the difference in price points between Champagne and Crémant.

Napjus awarded Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Champagne Réserve Exclusive NV, 92 points in Wine Spectator. She described it as 'Well-knit and mouth watering, with a creamy mousse and flavours of glazed apple, grated ginger and smoky toasted brioche, accented by marzipan and lemon curd hints that linger on the lively finish.
