The Rhône

Ripe fruity reds with colour and bags of flavour. The new world of the old world.

As discerning wine drinkers are increasingly drawn to the Rhône for great value, ripe fruity reds with colour and bags of flavour we felt our Rhône portfolio needed a revamp. We have retained two of our favourite wines from the Gourjon family: Château Font Barrièle Les Origines and Château des Seraphins whilst the wines making up the core selection are new listings from Domaines Vincent Moreau along side the ever-sturdy Châteauneuf-du-Pape from Domaine des 3 Cellier.

Domaines Vincent Moreau

Situated in the small village of Ste-Cécile-les-Vignes in the heart of Côtes du Rhône territory Domaines Vincent Moreau makes our two new Rhône labels: their namesake and Château de Ruth under the Côtes du Rhône Villages et Côtes du Rhône appellations. The Domaine is one of the oldest in the Rhône valley, their name first appearing in scripts that date back to 1561.
